Welcome to Wit Reach. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wit Reach website, services, tools, and learning platform (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Wit Reach, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Business Information

Wit Reach operates as an Individual Proprietorship under the name Wit Reach.

2. About the Platform

Wit Reach is an online learning platform that provides various educational and productivity services, including but not limited to:

  • Free and Paid Learning Videos

  • Skill Assessment Quizzes

  • Skill Assessment Guides (eBooks)

  • Skill Assessment Certificates that can be validated and shared

  • Productivity Tools including:

    • Resume Builder

    • Notes App

  • Community collaboration features including GitHub repository collaboration

  • Access to selected merchandise such as T-shirts in certain plans (subject to availability)

Certain features, tools, or merchandise may be available only in specific plans and may change, be added, or removed at any time.

Future services may include offline educational programs such as Wit Reach Preschool, which will be governed by separate terms.

3. Account Registration

To access most services of the platform, users must create an account.

Users may register using:

  • Email registration with verification

  • Social login using supported providers such as:

    • Google

    • GitHub

    • Facebook

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. User Eligibility

Users may access the platform according to applicable Government of India regulations related to online data consumption and internet services.

If users are below the legally permitted age, they must use the platform under appropriate supervision as required by law.

5. User Conduct and Platform Usage

Users agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Copying or reproducing platform content without permission

  • Redistributing or reselling courses or learning materials

  • Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform

  • Using automated bots or scripts

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform

  • Misusing collaboration tools or community features

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

6. User Content and Collaboration

Certain plans may allow limited participation in community or collaboration features.

Users may be able to:

  • Write personal notes within the platform

  • Submit projects for skill assessments

  • Share GitHub repositories as part of assessment submissions

  • Participate in discussions or comments

Users may not upload arbitrary files or publicly distribute platform content unless explicitly permitted by the platform.

All submitted content must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

7. Payments and Pricing

Wit Reach offers both Free Plans and Paid Plans.

Important conditions:

  • Registration on the platform is free.

  • Some features require paid plans.

  • Plan features may be added, removed, or modified at any time.

  • Pricing of plans may change without prior notice.

Currently:

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay.

  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Some tools or digital resources may be available through subscribtion purchases after account registration.

8. Refund Policy

Wit Reach offers a 30-day refund window under specific conditions.

Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:

Course Enrollment

If more than 10% of the course videos have been watched, refunds are not applicable.

Skill Assessments

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • A certificate has been issued (even if not downloaded)

  • Any downloadable materials have been accessed

Downloaded or Accessed Materials

Refunds will not be provided if the user has accessed or downloaded:

  • eBooks

  • Course resources

  • Assessment materials

  • Resume downloads

  • Notes exported from the platform

  • GitHub collaboration access

Refund requests may still be evaluated case-by-case at the discretion of Wit Reach.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Wit Reach platform, including but not limited to:

  • Courses

  • Videos

  • Learning materials

  • Skill assessment questions

  • eBooks

  • Platform tools

  • Website content

are the intellectual property of Wit Reach.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying

  • Redistributing

  • Reproducing

  • Selling

  • Publishing

any content without written permission.

10. Skill Assessment Certificates

Wit Reach may issue Skill Assessment Certificates after successful completion of assessments.

Important clarification:

  • Certificates are non-accredited

  • They represent demonstration of skill completion on the platform

  • Certificates may include validation or shareable links

Wit Reach does not guarantee employment, career advancement, or recognition by third-party organizations.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Analytics

  • Facebook Pixel Tracking

  • YouTube video embeds

  • GitHub integrations

  • Razorpay payment gateway

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Wit Reach is not responsible for third-party platform policies or operations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wit Reach provides educational content and tools intended for learning and skill development.

However:

  • Wit Reach does not guarantee career outcomes

  • Wit Reach does not guarantee employment opportunities

  • Wit Reach is not responsible for user decisions based on platform content

Users utilize the platform at their own discretion.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Wit Reach reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

  • The user violates platform policies

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

  • Platform misuse occurs

Termination may result in loss of access to purchased content and tools without refund.

14. Changes to Terms

Wit Reach reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
