Certain features, tools, or merchandise may be available only in specific plans and may change, be added, or removed at any time.
Future services may include offline educational programs such as Wit Reach Preschool, which will be governed by separate terms.
3. Account Registration
To access most services of the platform, users must create an account.

Wit Reach offers both Free Plans and Paid Plans.

8. Refund Policy
Wit Reach offers a 30-day refund window under specific conditions.
Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:
Course Enrollment
If more than 10% of the course videos have been watched, refunds are not applicable.
Skill Assessments
Refunds are not applicable if:

A certificate has been issued (even if not downloaded)

Any downloadable materials have been accessed
Downloaded or Accessed Materials
Refunds will not be provided if the user has accessed or downloaded:

Course resources
-
Assessment materials
-
Resume downloads

Notes exported from the platform

GitHub collaboration access
Refund requests may still be evaluated case-by-case at the discretion of Wit Reach.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Wit Reach platform, including but not limited to:

Videos
-
Learning materials
-
Skill assessment questions

eBooks

Platform tools
-
Website content
are the intellectual property of Wit Reach.
Users are strictly prohibited from:

Copying

Redistributing
-
Reproducing

Selling

Publishing
any content without written permission.
10. Skill Assessment Certificates
Wit Reach may issue Skill Assessment Certificates after successful completion of assessments.
Important clarification:

Certificates are non-accredited

They represent demonstration of skill completion on the platform

Certificates may include validation or shareable links
Wit Reach does not guarantee employment, career advancement, or recognition by third-party organizations.
11. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

Razorpay payment gateway
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Wit Reach is not responsible for third-party platform policies or operations.

13. Account Suspension or Termination
